Inside, you’ll melt old patterns, release stored tension, build safety in your body, and reconnect to the inner light and wisdom that has always belonged to you.
These practices are trauma-informed, intuitive, and designed to restore your energy, presence, and ease. You will always have options to accommodate every pose for your body, your space, and your needs.

Hi, I’m Beth — and I’m so honored you’re here.
This space is a sacred container for you to deepen your relationship with your body, your breath, and your energy. Through somatic, trauma-informed Kundalini practices, you’ll begin to come home to your body’s wisdom and your heart’s inner teacher.
These practices have transformed my life. They consistently bring me out of my spinning mind and into a grounded place of presence, peace, and inner knowing.
